Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Products purchased under Clearance, Flash Sale, or Special Discounts (unless defective).

Used items or items without original packaging.
4. Return Process

Share your order ID and clear photos/videos showing the issue (if applicable).

Our team will review the request and arrange a return pickup (if available) or ask you to send the item to our return address.

Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
5. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer) or store credit.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via mobile payment (bKash/Nagad).
6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Exchange Policy
